TERMS AND CONDITIONS
for working with Terry Prince.
Confidentiality
Terry Prince agrees to keep confidential all client information, both business and personal to the extent allowed by California and US law.
Client agrees to keep proprietary materials (forms, articles) provided by Terry Prince, organizing consultant confidential. Some of the material may come from Coach Approach for Organizers and the copyright rests with them where listed.
Conditions
Client agrees not to accept phone calls/texts or use email/messaging during sessions.
Client agrees not to allow staff/employee/family interruptions other than dire emergency requirements.
Terry Prince is continuously increasing her knowledge and certification in organizing and coaching training programs which sometimes requires authorization of coaching organizing hours for full verification. Client agrees to verify only the hours made if Terry Prince is audited by said programs.
Rates
The initial virtual organizing/coaching package pricing for six one hour session is $600.00 total. Subsequent 9 one hour package sessions is $799.00. Specialty Caregiver Coaching is $525.00 and Productivity Coaching is $800.00
Short check-in calls between on-site sessions are provided at no charge. These calls will be under 10 minutes in duration and not to exceed 2 between virtual sessions. Check-in emails are provided at no charge. Payment
Scheduled and specific phone coaching consultations are billed hourly to nearest 1/2 hour. Payment is required in advance by retainer. Services will not be provided unless retainer is active. Payment by check may be mailed to Terry Prince, or PayPal Invoicing can be arranged.
Cancellation & Retainer Call Policy
Cancellation must be received via telephone at 916 747-1401. E-mail cancellations are not acceptable. Phone or Text message is acceptable up until 8 hours before scheduled session. One out of six individual phone coaching sessions (paid by initial retainer) may be rescheduled at mutual convenience with 24 hours notice of planned call. Missed calls will be billed and subtracted from retainer. Cancellations calls must be made up within 3 weeks of original scheduled appointment.
Subsequent retainer session (9 hour plan) coaching sessions may be divided into shorter sessions (not to fall below 3 sessions per hour - 20 minutes) only if coach deems this is feasible depending on client communication style.
Call time (not scheduled) still in the active retainer amount will be valid for up to 6 months from the receipt of the current retainer amount. Terry Prince will make up to three attempts via email or phone calls to schedule the active retainer sessions. Lack of an email or phone response from the client will indicate a mutual understanding of ending the work and forfeiture of the remaining retainer.
